Help me…

I am that close to cutting again. I don’t know what I am going to do. I don’t know how to handle it. The feeling is just coming…and I am sooo scared I am not going to be able to stop it this time. Oh God… please send someone to help me… I need it… I have gone so long without it….please :’(
